Round and round

Murphy has sensitive skin. He has a particularly itchy back. To scratch it he lies on the grass and pushes himself round and round.

It was really windy over night and I’m always scared that some branches of the conifers down the drive will be blown down. I walked the drive mid morning and everything looked ok.

It was the first working day of the month and I’ve spent it in meetings. It’s the anniversary of David’s death. Where did those four years go? The children and I have had a curry together and raised a glass to him.
