The previous building on this site was demolished, and they have planning permission for a 3-storey block of 7 flats. During the summer there were some homeless? in the grounds and an old camper van was parked at the entrance. The adjacent hotel presumably complained. The tall growth was cut back, and these huge concrete ‘containers’ now keep vehicles away!
