Lockdown studies

Way back in March at the start of lockdown, I decided to refresh my French linguistic skills. I enjoy speaking French and settled on Duolingo. I'm up to a continuous run of 223 days so far, and the habit to complete a lesson is firmly engraved.

I also decided to do a course in proofreading. I used to do this in a job I had, proofreading training manuals we created.. But only checking spelling.

I started my studies back in early summer but stalled after a couple of modules, mainly due to lovely weather and the need to be outside. Today I got back into it and am tackling the punctuation module. There's an assignment at the end of the module. I've spent the afternoon on commas! Fascinating things commas...
