Not a great picture...

... but a great tea for a Monday.
Good day at school.
Left school early to do my covid antibody test.
Bus was diverted.
By the time I'd power walked home, warmed my hand in a bowl of hot water, punctured 2 fingers, cleaned up and legged it to the priority post box I was exhausted but 'tis done. Hooray.
Then I made a coconut and turmeric omelette feast from my new Ottelenghi book.
A caper and lots of washing up for a Monday but delish and not like anything I've tasted before.
Now for a wee bit of work and Monday night telly.
