The light shines in heaven for Veronica

A naff day today. First day back after half term meant a sleepless night (god only knows why). This was compounded then when I couldn’t find my work badge (found sis’s in my car but not mine!) so was mega flustered before I even got to work.

All was put into perspective though when sis rang to say her friend Veronica had died. She had had cancer for a little while and it wasn’t unexpected but it is still hard to hear.

My thoughts are with her family who have lost a mum, grandma and all round funny, independent woman. Good night and god bless Veronica. You are in a place of eternal peace
