we have some beef & pheasant pasties for supper
am running out of fresh veg, so tonight i have 

made: a carrot slaw to go with our beef & pheasant pasties

5 carrots, peeled and grated
1 small shallot grated
a bunch of radishes, grated
toasted black mustard seeds
chopped dill and coriander leaves
lemon juice
olive oil
salt & pepper
