Lazy Sunday afternoon

It seemed very efficient to me to combine walking and running. I started at a point just outside our village and hiked for almost an hour and started running back to the starting point where I arrived within half an hour.
I was very satisfied with myself and rewarded me with a lazy afternoon reading a book.
