Twenty years old today!

Katie. Happy Birthday.

My wife and I went to see her with “her humans” - my older son and his fiancé (Katie was her cat first!). A lovely wee cat. We took her a card and “her humans” an appropriate present! We’re not allowed indoors in Scotland, so it was a wet, short visit, sheltering outdoors. Our son took the photo, a fishy cake - which didn’t last long.

No walk today. We came home and listened to Sounds of the 70s with Johnnie Walker on Radio 2. And shut the curtains early.

1100 new coronavirus cases in Scotland today, over 22300 in U.K. Lots of political debate about the PM’s announcement last evening and the impending England lockdown - particularly the sudden ability to furlough; and what it means in practice.
