Day 169

Hard to believe the roses have just come out again - Madame Alfred this time - there’s a lone hollyhock clinging on to summer and the grape penstemon has a single flower spike.  The salvias keep going but the clematis flowers got frostbitten two nights ago.

I wonder whether I will be showing you flowers all year round..........
