Run, run, run

So I love running.....I run all year round,  outdoors, wherever I find myself. My current running shoes were on their last legs so these are my new ones ( not my first choice but all I could get in my size as I prefer not to buy them online)....trialled today and I' m happy :).....hence blip. 

A quiet Sunday skyping family, running abd gardening ( well raking up leaves.
