Belhaven Beach Mono

As I walked along the sea wall yesterday after noon I was struck by the varying textures the sea water and sand across the bay which would look good in mono and felt that this little stream gave a lovely lead into it. Actually it is not a stream but  manmade run off from the nearby Seafield Pond which needs to be pumped out when there have been heavy rains. Seafield Pond is actually a former rubbish team which was excited and filled with water when the tip fell into disuse so it has no natural runoff.
