November arrives..........

.............I’m not even going to comment on the news........
I did a wander up the garden to take in the beauty of the colours which remain. Leaves scattered everywhere over the top lawn (what passes for a lawn! ) It is not one of the well manicured types. A bit like the garden which is never formally pristine, but I prefer it that way.
I am so pleased I didn’t cancel my haircut yesterday in the wild wet swilling it down weather! It will now be manageable over the coming weeks.
Stephen is doing well. I’ve just had a FaceTime call with him. It looks like he may be home sooner than expected.
