Sam

Sam was rescued by my aunt 13 years ago, so all we know is he is at least 14. One thing is for sure, there is an extraordinary bond between dog and human that is truly moving, the companionship and love mutually provided of unmeasurable value to both. Arthritic and with failing eyesight Sam is still the most contented of animals. Hopefully this photo captures some of that contentment.
