Mmmm, Homemade Lasagne...

Had a lovely relaxing day today; went for a 5k walk/jog, had a nice hot bath, lazed about watching TV, then made an absolutely lush lasagne with Rich and Stoif. We made our own sauce for the beef, replaced the bechamel sauce with a homemade cheese sauce (because Stoif is a crazy person who doesn't like bechamel sauce) and layered it with spinach and pasta. Nom.
