Late autumn in snow

Today we had two walks. The first beside this stream with the mix of pines and larches and the snow covered mountains in the background. This afternoon, our friend Philipp came to visit, so we had another short walk in the sunshine. Despite all the snow, it was warm enough to enjoy lunch out on the terrace for the second day running: something we consider to be one of life's little luxuries!
