Silver Birch

Today I joined a full day online yoga course on Advaita -journey to the heart of being led by Swami Nischalananda and Swami SatyaDaya from Mandala Yoga Ashram. In the lunch break I went for a brisk walk and took this photo of this silver birch. They are one of my favourite trees. I love their bark and the way their leaves move in the wind.
