A trap for the unwary.

Despite the recent run of mild temperatures, particularly at night and with many garden plants showing no signs of dying off queen wasps are starting to hibernate. I have found 4 in the greenhouse the last couple of days, 3 under a gardening glove I was about to wear and 1 today under a sheet of newspaper I keep to cover tender plants if there is a threat of frost. Luckily they were not active and have been terminated with prejudice. Bees are fine, wasps I can't stand.
