A wild day with rain and high winds. Our power went off this morning at 7.37. We were told it was power line damage and it would be back by 10.37. It came back on at 9.37!

So much Rugby to watch today that Gordon decided there wasn’t a gap big enough for a meal. So we went to The Bridge for lunch. With what is likely to be announced today, we were glad we had supported them before they have to close. So difficult for them.

As we returned home this afternoon the sun came out and there was a rainbow in front of us. I do like how the trees were touched by the light.
