Vegan Caviar

Even in my animal eating days, I was not tempted by caviar. But there’s nothing to beat a black olive tapenade. 

Silly, I keep forgetting to make it, but it is fast becoming a staple for a mid morning snack.  

Horrendous start to the day weather-wise. Sun now in and out, we’ll get out for a walk in a break.

Looks like we’re heading for a country-wide lockdown (whatever that means here). Hospitality and retail will be tearing their hair out.
