Light & Dark

I had to go to the chemist's this morning to pick up my new inhaler and hopefully some of my old ones too.

I decided I didn't need to sweater or fleece, just a t-shirt and a jacket*.  It was about 14°C (57°F).  Other people were wearing thick fleece jackets, some with scarves.  So how was it that I was in my own personal sauna?  My jacket was open.  

I got home after 50 minutes absolutely soaked through with sweat.

Mind you, not being able to regulate my body temperature has been a theme for a while.

Anyway, that knocked the stuffing out of me.

So, lazy Blip of the lovely light this afternoon.
