Happy Birthday Brian (little Grandad)

Today would have been my father in laws birthday and what a gorgeous day it was , so hard to believe that last week it was snowing !!!!

Had a really good day , nice stroll along the beach this morning then a lovely lunch in one of my father in laws fav pubs with my hubs family........
now this was quite a special event really as I don't know the last time we all went out together , we only all started talking again at Brian's funeral (shame it takes things like that to get the family together and a real shame Brian wasn't here to see it) but nether-less it was a lovely (few glasses of vino for Dutch courage for me lol) and after we went back to my ma in laws where we all relaxed and had a real laugh , I've decided that I will make both of us make more of an effort with Jays family now and hope we can have a few more days like this .
This is an extremely rare picture I managed to get today of Jay with his sisters and mum, maybe the last time there was one taken like this was at our wedding 13 years ago!
