Day 46: The Day I Took Back

Sadly my employer doesn't pay overtime, so any extra hours are given back in time in lieu.
Given the ridiculous amount of time I was due back from the cafe, I'm trying to make sure that myself and my team get any and all time we are due back.

I've worked two Saturdays (which are half days) meaning I'm due a whole day back. I decided to take back today.
I spent most of the morning catching up on my geeky tv shows

Myself and McCombers spent the evening babysitting her nephew, fortunately we didn't have another CODE BROWN.
We also exchanged valentines gifts, she seemed chuffed with hers, I got her a 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle featuring a picture of us. She is a big geek.
I received the box above, I was very impressed with the wrapping paper, which turned out to be very apt.
The box contained a selection of the finest, difficult to find sweets I've ever seen.
Cookies n cream pop tarts, hot fudge sundae pop tarts, peanut butter M & M's, white chocolate covered oreos, and two bags of M&M snack mix, which contains M & M's, cookies, peanuts and pretzels.
Bloody Brilliant!
My girlfriend knows me so well.
