fields of gold

We went off in search of a 1930s country club’s outdoor mountain water swimming pool. Found it but couldn’t get in to get spectacular pics - although it looked pretty special. Picnicked in the woods and then had a walk up Lantern Pike.

And now we’re rounding off the week with a glass of fizz and a (hopefully) delicious dinner.

Gratefuls:

1. The colours!
2. Zeke having a tidy room (though I’m not grateful for bad tempers whilst we got the job done);
3. Porridge for breakfast this morning - kept me warm all day!
