Stripped

Many of the trees we were hoping to see in full autumnal clothing had stripped off to bare branches in this week's strong winds.  We stripped here too as the drizzle dried up and our waterproof trousers came off.  Today has been a stunning circuit with Sarah from Burnsall to Linton Falls and a return via Thorpe - many paths I've never trodden and it was simply gorgeous and in the best of company.

I came home and took Little Dog up to the Cow & Calf at sunset - it would have been too far for her today.
