Time

This is my new timer, I picked it up the last time I went shopping. It's mechanical rather than digital which is proper "old skule" and rather charming. Yesterday I didn't hear it (I was in the conference) and my bread rolls were slightly overcooked - today it occurred to me that I should put it next to the PC when I've set it rather than leaving it in the kitchen; goodness knows why it's taken me this long to get my head around that.
