Kawaii!

In honour of Japanese week on the GBBO, I give you Panda cake!
It’s from the Kawaii ( ‘cute’ in Japanese) baking book Katie gave me last Christmas. As per usual I enjoy baking the cakes, but I find decorating not so easy. I certainly could not produce it under a strict time limit!
