Emergency cake

I'm just home from a steady 12 hours on the birth unit, but we were kept revived by this short tea break courtesy of one of my colleagues. Time now for some supper and an early night ready to do it all again tomorrow! Never mind, i have a week off coming up soon and hopefully i'll be able to get out and take pictures of something other than cats and food! A couple of days away might be needed!
