Spooky film season

Tonight it was the hollow man, very good.

I had a face time catch up with my friend Joe and a phone call with my friend Nicola who I used to do Jazz after dark with, feels increasingly difficult to keep in touch with friends in these mad times.

I was very very tired today and didn’t feel well, I did my physio and I went for a walk with Max to the shops, had my weekly phone call with the doctor to discuss my medication, as of tomorrow I will now be off naproxen and a Meprazole, last week I came off the pregabalin, this coming week I will be cutting down on dihydrocodeine, I’m getting there…
