Day Out

A lovely day today at the SPF Print Championship through at Stirling Management Centre. It really is a lovely setting for a university, and we had lunch by one of the wee lochs and took some photos. QPCC did the usual speciality and did better in the raffle (I won some nice photo paper) than the photography, but a good time was had by all. We did pretty badly in the colour shots, but much better with monochrome, my shots (all monochrome) got 11,11 and 10 (out of 15), so I was very pleased indeed. Entertainingly in the overall club standings we were dead equal with Eastwood, who took us to pieces in an inter club competition earlier this week. Good to get to know some more folk from the club too, so very glad I went, not just for the wonderful photography which we got to see. Had to post a mono shot today!
