Mule deer

I happened to see these guys today and felt they deserved a post all by themselves.    Mule deer are known for their large ears which are very much like mule's ear.    Jerry hunts for these animals too but he cannot shoot one until the week after next.   Which is good for these guys!

The snow has mostly melted and now we are dealing with slick mucky mud.   Tomorrow is going to be a day for laundry and a truck reorganizing.  We may even make a short trip to a waterfall if I can talk him into doing that.

I took a few shots of the moon tonight and it really seems closer than at home.   Must be the elevation as I am about a mile higher on the earth!
