Bramble & Rowan

Today is National Cat Day it seems:)
Diverting here from the task of sorting out my Uist photos to celebrate our wee cats .
Rowan has been chronically ill for many years . Her quality of life is not great and many times over the last 5 years we were sure she couldn't pull through.
But here she is with Bramble, younger and now much bigger than her.
Both of the cats were from the same home when we took them from Cat Rescue ,and, although they were not certain , the information we were given was that Rowan was likely to be Bramble's mother.
We have loved having these beautiful animals as part of our lives for the last 15 years.
So today we celebrate the determination, patience and resilience of Rowan and the delightful ,warm , timid and slightly dopey spirit of wee Bramble:)
