Hairy Ears

Up and away early this morning to an optician appointment in Oban, I cannot believe the appointment took 2 hrs but they seemed to be thorough. New glasses to be picked up in a couple of weeks and I left a few hundred pounds lighter.

A little shopping and then I met a friend and ended up being made lunch and coffee in her garden sitting under a gazebo in the torrential rain. Took the back roads home and met this  Luing cow blending nicely with it's habitat. I am glad I could take it from the car window as the rain was still torrential.

Our area has just been put into Tier 2, the main reason being that our main hospital care (100 miles away) is under pressure in the central belt.
