Forest foray

I couldn’t decide whether to blip a lovely bracket fungus on a tree trunk, a ferny path or an Ards Man. You can see who won out!

It has been grey and lashing with rain all day as the remains of hurricane Epsilon passed through. We had a booking at Mountstewart for the afternoon and decided to go for it anyway, kitting ourselves out for a rainy walk. Saying that, I had my ‘winter white’ jeans on, which turned out to be not a great choice as the AM walked ahead of me and splatted me with mud, branches and ferns as he travelled merrily onwards.

In other news, I have a new painting/drawing/writing work station! I am very pleased with it and shall blip it anon.
