Day 303/20. June 2nd 1953

A visit to my dad today and I noticed this comemmorative bone china tea cup and saucer in one of his cabinets.
June 2nd 1953....before I was born. For the whole of my life Queen Elizabeth II has been on the throne. Quite an achievement.
