The Moors

The North Yorkshire Moors.

This morning has been rather damp so we went out for a drive and 'dipped our toes' into the Moors. They are less than 8 miles away and this was our first visit since moving up here.

We only went as far as Osmotherley (extras) and to the nearby Cod Beck Reservoir area which is just the tip of the very large part of the National Park but it gave us a glimpse of what to expect in the future!

Even with the rain, any parking spaces were busy and lots of folk were out and about. So much to explore...
