Speed House

This is really for the record. On the way out to evening walk, saw one of the new house plots in the village is being prepared for the erection of the house. The concrete foundation was laid months ago and is seemingly now dry & ready to take the building.

Clear this will be a pre-fabricated wooden house which are extremely popular especially in our area. Not a pre-fab in post-WWII 1950s England! High quality, highest insulation standards etc.

Let's see how long it takes. In the extra, the council's original plan showing the plot bottom right. Many have built since the road was finished in 2018.
