It was a beautiful morning, so wandered along to the harbour after my breakfast.

Later on went a walk along The Water of Leith where I fell a beauty on to my backside. Since then I have felt sick and dizzy. My backside is so sore and I am worried about my back.
Dreading waking up tomorrow , will I be able to get up??
