1903 French car

I walked into the village to collect our last veg box for this year. The only problem is that walking means I have to stop and have a word with various folk I meet on the way. And stop to have a chat with a friend about this beautiful 1903 French car. Does anyone know the make?

Our final veg box contained...good carrots, turnips, fennel, spring onions and I turned down a squash!
