Wave Watching

Rather a ghastly weather day but great for watching the Atlantic waves crash in...very meditative.

Only exercise some swimming and a dash down to the shop for Cornish pasties and wine!

The Covid rules mean you have to book a time for the spa and swim and get exclusive use of the facilities for your ‘slot’ with it cleaned down between users. We therefore enjoyed a very peaceful, solo swim in this rather panoramic pool and 30 minutes in the cliff top sauna. It’s a bit sad being kept segregated from the other guests though.
