New shoots

A couple of weekends ago I planted some sweet pea seeds and despite the dull days we've had since then they have all sprouted and are growing at quite a rate of knots.... best get myself some pea sticks!

It is encouraging to think that spring may just be round the corner and it was lovely to feel the warmth of the sun this morning, albeit briefly.
