Woken up early today by a phone call from the Sleep Clinic in Edinburgh. Oh the irony!  It worked out OK as I had to ferry Mrs Rex to Kirkcaldy for her flu vaccination later in the morning anyway.

Her first ever flu jag apparently, she must be feeling vulnerable...
