Chocolate fondu buddies
We had a busy day preaparing for our house guests.
Dinner was :-
Fish fingers and oven chips with petit pois
Tapas style, Goat's cheese with seville orange jam,
Scallops with pancetta on mango salsa,
Garlic prawns with parsley and Marsala
Salt crust baked Sea Bass, with leek and sugar snap peas and Scalloped potatoes
Chocolate fondu with fresh fruit
Cheese board.
A couple of Reds
A wee tawny port
A small(ish) whisky
Keith wimped out and fell asleep as usual.
(We should have got the felt tip pen out and drawn a moustache....... next time Keith!)
A great night I think.
Very Scottish.
