The good news is from my monthly visit to the nutritionist: I lost 2.5 kg in the past month, for a total of 5.5 kg in three months. Hurrah, it's working!

The work is the current translation, but also a big job that will be coming immediately after it. I hope this means the rhythm is picking up again - although with European countries going into lockdown again, things might crash again in a few months... Oh well...
