And yes it was soon persisting down like nobody’s business.
However, it was a real treat to open the bedroom curtains and have this view in front of you.
That said we did manage a quick walk down the wood to replenish our bird feeders then a wee wander along the canal, just to get the step count up.
Just had a quick look at the weather forecast and we may fit in a dry walk after midnight - er, no thanks!
