Notes: Thought about doing yoga first thing but wanted to head outside so did a walk instead. Went to pool and beach for short time - Sue (Tucker of Sue & Terry) in a lot of pain. Offered her Reiki and did a session from here. Walked to post office and saw the cool #22 fire engine sitting out on the way. Did a long meditation. Very hot day, (evening said 87 feels like 97). Heavy rains  in the evening.
