Another puppy pic

I will try not to fill my entire blipping with puppy pics but i think Raffles may fill a fair few!

It is lucky that it is half term and the children are home to help with the training and of him as I am heading into the office every day.

I have recently been talking to a friend about mindfulness, which as you may know, is a real passion of mine. There is a teaching course I really want to do next year however I’m not yet sure if I will be able to do it. I kind of put it to the back of my mind knowing it will be too difficult but I was talking to a friend about mindfulness this week and then today I received an email from my mindfulness teacher from last year. It’s suddenly at the forefront of my mind again and I’m starting to wonder if maybe I can find a way to do it... we will see...

Anyway, I am a few weeks into my new job and it is going well so far. I’m learning more and more every day and it feels less mentally draining than those first days and and weeks.

A good start to the week today and we will see what the rest brings!
