At last the people living in the state of Victoria in Australia can finally come out of Stage 4 lockdown. This is huge news in Australia. They have been in it for a gruelling 15 weeks. We owe them our thanks and congratulations for beating the second wave into submission. They will still be living with significant restrictions but life will start to feel a little more normal for them. Onya Victoria.
