Sunny Blue Skies

The plan had been to have a disgustingly lazy day but when we woke it was a beautiful day, too good to waste. We were in the woods by 930, then headed to the farm shop. Lots of happy people everywhere - it's amazing what a bit of sun and blue skies can do.

We came home and a friend popped round for coffee and cake......distracting us from the jungle of a garden that we needed to tackle. Once we got out in the jungle we filled our green bin as well as Simon's parents.

Before I know it it's 5pm and I've only just put the pig in the oven which will take almost three hours to cook! There's some cake still left over so we may just have to have a slice or two to tide us over.
