Burn o Hoswick

A lovely day, a tad breezy, mostly sunny and then some cloud in the afternoon, with showers this evening.  Flat calm and clear skies tonight.

I'm on holiday for a week, and up early to make the best of it.  Headed down the road, and met mam.  Popped by sister Laura in the afternoon.  I saw big Brian and Madeline this evening.  Headed out to see if I could see any northern lights, but a cloud bank to the north.  Feet up with a good horror movie now.

Me, mam and Sammy spent the morning walking around and exploring Hoswick.  As we walked up the hill, we also discovered a new to us footpath, where we met friend Vaila out on her walks.  After our walk, it was lunch in the Hoswick Visitor Centre.  Plenty of folk walking about Hoswick and Sandwick, the in place today.   A quick snap looking up the Burn of Hoswick, moments before this lady's dog went in for a paddle.
