Fine Dining Ashburton Chef Academy

As Stan nears the end of his course we went down for a charity 4 course meal which the chefs had prepared along with appropriate wines which we couldn’t do justice to . The courses were spectacular- this was white chocolate parfait, apple sorbet with raspberries and honied oats .
The months of the course have gone so quickly.
